Q.What happens at the consultation? The consultation is a chance for you to get meet your pets carer and ask any questions you may have.  The consultation gives us a chance to meet you and your pet and to find out what your requirements are.   All areas will be covered such as exercise, feeding habits, sleep routine and medical background. 
 
Q.What areas do you cover? The Pet Butler covers Portsmouth and Southsea, Waterlooville and Denmead and Horndean and Clanfield..  
 
Q. What insurance/security measures do you have? All of our carers are fully insured and anyone holding a key to your property has a criminal record bureau check.  All staff are thoroughly interviewed and has at least two references.  All of the above information is available for you to see at the consultation. 
 
Q.  Where will my dog be walked? Dogs are walked various places including Wicor Wreck, Milton common, Eastney Beach, Queen Elizabeth Country park, Forest of Bere, Catherington Downs and many more! 
 
Q.  How can I pay? If you require dog walking sessions you will be invoiced from the 26th-25th of every month.  You can either pay by BACS, cash or cheque.If booking for cat sitting sessions you will be required to pay a 20% deposit on confirmation of booking to secure your slot.  Any monies left to pay must be paid on the day of your pets drop off.  You will be sent an invoice once you have a confirmed booking, you can pay via BACS, cash or cheque.
