Q. What happens at the consultation?
The consultation is a chance for you to get meet your pet's carer and ask any questions you may have. The consultation gives us a chance to meet you and your pet and to find out what your requirements are. All areas will be covered such as exercise, feeding habits, sleep routine and medical background. We will go through our terms and conditions with you which can also be found here and show you our insurance policy and DBS cover.
Q. What areas do you cover?
The Pet Butler covers all of Portsmouth and Southsea, Drayton, Cosham, Farlington, Paulsgrove, Purbrook, Waterlooville
Q. What insurance/security measures do you have?
All of our carers are fully insured and anyone holding a key to your property has a criminal records bureau check. We also are all canine first aid qualified. All staff are thoroughly interviewed and have at least two references. DBS and insurance documentation is available for you to see at the consultation.
Q. Where will my dog be walked?
Dogs are walked various places including Wicor Wreck, Milton Common, Eastney Beach, Foxes Forest, Queen Elizabeth Country Park, Catherington Down and many more!
Q. How can I pay?
Dog walking or day care is invoiced from the 26th-25th of every month. You can either pay by BACS, cash or cheque. If booking cat sitting or dog boarding you will be required to pay a 50% deposit on confirmation of booking to secure your slot. Any monies left to pay must be paid on the day of your departure. You will be sent an invoice once you have a confirmed booking, you can pay via BACS, cash or cheque.
